USA Shipping Info:
All orders in the U.S. are shipped by UPS Ground at a flat rate of $3.95 per order, FREE on orders of $75 or more. UPS ground shipments generally arrive in 2-4 days for western U.S. destinations and 3-5 days for central and eastern U.S. destinations.

International Shipping Info:
International orders are shipped FedEx International Economy or UPS Worldwide Saver, whichever method is cheaper. Shipping cost are calculated in real-time at check-out. This fee is assessed and charged to you by your local government. We have no control over it.

Return Policy:
Hero Arts guarantees all of our products. If for any reason (and no reason is necessary) you would like to return the products you purchased on the Online Store, you may return them for a full refund (excluding shipping). To return a product, email or call us for a "RA" number, and then ship the products back to us (any method you choose) with the RA number written on the box for a full refund or store credit (your choice).
